September Sparkle!

Hello!

Here I am with ATC #2 of 2 for September.

Super sparkly and with my favorite sentiment stamp!

In a bit of a rush today, so very quickly, here are the steps!

1. Stenciled pattern from Kaisercraft quarter stencil with Coral Berry Altenew Ink.

2. Added Butterflies (Martha Stewart 3 in 1 butterfly punch) covered in golden chunky glitter along with matching sequins.

3. Added a bit of green washi tape to the corner.

4. Also added a golden eyelet (top right corner) through which I looped that beautiful pink ribbon.

5. Lastly, took my So Suzy Stamp and stamped the sentiment!

Hope you liked it! Thank you for stopping by! *Hugs*

A September Thanks

See what I mean when I say that although I am not too fond of 3D flowers, I do love using and mixing up floral stamps with other craft supplies et al and whip up a card!

^__^ Here's a card that I made for a friend who's helped me out with managing a group for ATC swaps for a few months.

I took quite a few pics for this one... here's a close up. Check it out!

How'd I make this?

1. Stamped flowers and leaves from Altenew vintage flowers set. (Archival from Ranger and Coral Berry from Altenew)

2. Also used a couple of bits from mother's day bouquet set by Wplus9.

3. The sentiment "Thank you" is by So Suzy Stamps. ^__^ Love this font, it's so dreamy!!

4. Stencil to the top right is a Kaisercraft Quarter stencil.

5. Lastly, added a few sequins and glitter to the coral berry stamped and stenciled bit.

That's it!

For all those wondering if I still make co-ordinating envelopes.... hell yeah I do! Just don't get enough time to click pics and post!

Till next time folks!

September ATC!

Okay... I admit I *might* have Slacked a bit for august ATCs but I made sure the September ones went out well on time.

The theme this month was anything goes without flowers.

It was a bit of a challenge... because although I don't use flowers a lot in my works (now now... don't go looking at the August ATCs, I was just playing with my new stamps! ^__^)

So as I was saying... I don't use flowers a lot but I do love using floral stamps and resin charms and an odd little mulberry flower or two in my projects.

This was thus, a little tough but I managed. ^__^

This is ATC 1 of 2.

Here are the steps :
1. Took blue and green distress inks on acetate and smooshed cardstock over it.

2. Once that dried, used the same blue distress ink (Salty Ocean) alongwith my TCW Labyrinth stencil for background.

3. Stamped the reindeer and sentiment (Stamps by So Suzy Stamps) in black archival ink. (I just love the quality and range of the stamps @So Suzy and use those stamps very often!)

4. Used bits of Blue Chevron and Green Polka dot washi tapes randomly.

5. Added gold chunky metal flakes and some black sequins.

6. Lastly, gave the reindeer a black glitter coat to make him sparkle!

Hope you liked it! Till next time!

Another ATC ^__^

Here is another ATC that I made for August swap. The theme was monochromatic.

Believe it or not, the entire ATC has been created using just one distress mini ink cube! ^__^

Here are the steps :
1. Created background with Kaisercraft stencil.

2. The floral arrangement is from Mother's Day Bouquet and the sentiment is from Strictly Sentimental 2 set, both by Wplus9.

3. Added sequins and pearls.

4.Added a bit of patterned paper and sparkled it up!

5. Glittered up the roses and a little on the ATC edge! (Yup, I love glitter!)

That is it! Hope you liked it!

Monochromatic Inspiration

Hello! ^__^

Here is an ATC that I made for August 2015 swap.

It is inspired from a card that I saw on Altenew facebook page by designer Agnieszka Malyszek.

The stamp set that she had used was "Vintage Flowers" by Altenew, and I happened to recently purchase the exact same set and loved her card, so I did my version in black. ^__^

Here is my inspiration :

Isn't it absolutely beautiful? ^__^

However, I didn't just use Vintage Flowers by Altenew.
I have also used :
Strictly Sentiments 2 & Mother's Day Bouquet by Wplus9.

Here's how I made it :
1. Stamped the various images from the respective sets in black archival.

2. Glittered up two roses and a the leaves at the bottom in black glitter.

3. Lastly, added some sequins! ^__^

That's it! Easy peasy!
Have a lovely day.
Till next time!
