Dreamy Wishes

I was really inspired with the theme at this month's Catchy Challenges...

The photograph that was put up as an inspiration was gorgeous... whimsical with a beautiful blend of colors...

I thus decided to create a dreamy birthday card using just two colors, blue and white.

I have used a couple of shades of blue alongwith the classic white.

On the plain light blue cardstock, I created a pattern, using a blend of these 4 stencils :
Mini Cubist and Art is... by The Crafter's Workshop
Gothic by Tim Holtz and lastly,
Rhapsody by Memory Box.

The die-cut sentiment Birthday Wishes, is a gift by a friend, and the other die-cut that you see in the card is Garden Branch (Marianne Creatables Die).

Added a few blue pearls and tiny paper butterflies.

Out of the remaining piece of blue cardstock, I cut out a square and made a co-ordinating envelope to go with the card.

The die-cuts alongwith the butterflies are coated in fine white and peacock blue glitter respectively.

I am entering this card in CSCC #12 : catchychallenges

Thanks for stopping by! :)
